When it’s time to sell your home, you need to find a good match in your Realtor®, primarily one that provide what you are expecting. A personality match is also important, so hopping on the phone or setting up an appointment with your prospective agents is a good way to assess whether you have a personal connection. The most important thing I do as your Realtor® is communicate with you, keeping you informed every step of the way.  It is my goal to communicate with you in the way that you prefer, whether it is by phone, text, or email. It is important to me that you feel at ease in the process.

I know that selling property can be exciting and rewarding, and sometimes stressful. That is why I will always listen to you attentively, respond to you promptly, and provide you with clear and accurate information. I aim to make your selling experience less stressful, and more fun.

I also encourage you to ask me any questions you may have about the listing and selling process. If there is something I can’t give you immediate answers for, I have access to a network of other real estate experts who can help me find the answer for you promptly. 

You can reach me anytime during my working hours. If you have an urgent issue or a special request, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate you. You can also schedule a call or a meeting with me in advance if you prefer. I am flexible and adaptable to your needs and preferences. Clean homes help buyers see themselves living in your home. That is why I include a thorough cleaning in my listing services, if it is needed.

Professional photos are worth every bit of investment to make sure potential buyers see your home in its best light, which in turns help them see it as their own.

Drone Photography

If aerial photography will help buyers see the context of your home (proximity to amenities, views, and landscape), I consider it an important tool for drawing more buyers in.

Listing Distribution

Your home will be listed with the Southern Arizona Multiple Listing Service (MLS), and subsequently on every MLS syndicate such as Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com, etc.

Property Website

I will publish a website dedicated to showing off your property, as well as feature your property listing on my own website.

Social Media Marketing

I will leveraging social media to give your property the most possible exposure to buyers' agents and qualified buyers.

Yard Sign

A clean and fresh sign on your property will let people know your home is on the market.

Video Tour

I will create an enticing video trailer of your home's best features and share it on digital marketing platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, as well as on your property website.

Property Brochures

Professional property brochures will be printed and left in your home for agents and buyers to pick up when they arrive for a showing.

Supra® Lock Box Security

The MLS Realtor® lockbox keeps your home secure while giving access to agents who bring qualified buyers to view the home. These boxes can be programmed to allow access during hours that work for you.

Company Wide Email Announcement

Tierra Antigua agents will be the first to know when your listing goes live, for word of mouth marketing.

Open House

Either myself or a colleague will be able to hold your home open as often as deemed necessary, or not at all if that's your preference.
